About Mastercard Foundation
The Mastercard Foundation was established to support the students financially. Its objective to promote financial inclusion and education to empower Indigenous kids in Canada and to promote development in developing nations serves as the foundation for our work. Under the direction of its own Board of Directors, it functions autonomously and was established by Mastercard International in 2006. Our Young Africa Works strategy lays out a bold vision for the next ten years: by 2030, our efforts will help 30 million African youth, particularly young women, find respectable and satisfying jobs.
Objective of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program
The main objective of the Mastercard Foundation scholarship is to empower Indigenous youth in Canada and promote financial inclusion and education as a means of igniting prosperity in developing nations. Everybody should have the chance to study and thrive, according to the Mastercard Foundation. Regardless of where they are in life, everyone should have an equal opportunity at success. This is something we think people can have if they have access to financial services, education, and skill development.
