  •  Being a spouse, mother, stepmother, father, stepfather, sister, stepsister, brother, stepbrother, son, daughter, aunt, uncle, niece, or nephew, or being a close relative of any of the aforementioned by blood or adoption, is prohibited, as is serving as an Executive Director, Alternate Director, management, staff, or consultant of ADB.
  • The applicant should not be employed by ADB-JSP Designated Institutions.
  • The applicant should not reside or work outside of their nation of origin; and not be enrolled in graduate-level programs already.
