Eligibility Criteria

An applicant must be a permanent resident of the peripheral villages with the panchayats of Telenplai, Kushraloi, Kumarbandh, Tilia, Remeda, Rampela, Sunari, Pandri, Piplikani, Sarandamal and Dalgaon in the lakhanpur block of Jharsuguda district.
An applicant must have achieved at least 55% marks in their class 8.
The annual family income should not exceed more than INR 5 lakhs per annum.
