Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for applying to this program is given below: –

The applicant should be a permanent resident of West Bengal.
The applicant should belong to an economically weaker section of the state.
For Class 12: Must have passed the Madhyamik (Class 10) exam with 50% to 60% marks.
For Undergraduate (UG): Must have a cumulative score of 50% or more but less than 60%.
For Postgraduate (PG): Must have a GPA of 50% or more but less than 53%.
The family income of the applicant should not exceed 1,20,000 per year.
The applicant should not have received any other Scholarship previously for the same course.
