Every year, MPOWER grants the Women in STEM Scholarships to female international/DACA students who are accepted or enrolled full-time in a STEM degree program at a program MPOWER sponsors in the US or Canada. The purpose of the scholarship is to support women who are pursuing degrees in STEM science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. With the help of the MPOWER Women in STEM Scholarship, female students will be able to overcome financial obstacles and pursue their academic and professional objectives.
MPOWER is dedicated to developing the next generation of female leaders in science and technology through this program, advancing advancement and creativity in these essential areas. The maximum money available to applicants is $6,000, which covers necessary costs for books, tuition, and other educational expenditures.

About MPOWER
Manu Smadja and Mike Davis, two former international students with the same goal of removing the financial barriers that students frequently encounter while seeking overseas education, launched MPOWER in 2014. They would achieve this by basing loan decisions on a student’s potential for the future rather than their past performance. MPOWER feels honored to announce that it has since helped hundreds of students realize their aspirations of studying abroad. The workforce of nations hoping to develop into knowledge-based and technology-driven economies must have a strong background in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
In keeping with MPOWER’s mission to enable high-potential global citizens to fulfill their academic dreams and develop into tomorrow’s top scientists and innovators, this international scholarship program focuses on women who will use their STEM degrees to advance society and the environment and who may go on to become advocates and role models for other women in STEM.
