Objective of Heilongjiang University Fully Funded Scholarship

The primary objective of Heilongjiang University’s Fully Funded Scholarship promote international exchange and cooperation in education. Under this scholarship, financial help will be provided to the students so that they can continue their higher education in undergraduate and graduate courses. This scholarship will cover the full cost of study and the living allowances will be provided to the student along with the medical insurance.
