About Asian Development Bank Scholarship

The Asian Development Bank Scholarship was launched by the Development Bank to provide around 135 graduate scholarships to the students. With the help of this scholarship, the student can continue their studies in economics, business and management Science and Technology, and other related fields. This scholarship will be provided to the student at designated institutions in the Asia and the Pacific regions for the related studies. Objective of Asian Development Bank Scholarship

The primary objective of the Asian Development Bank Scholarship is to provide this scholarship opportunity to talented students around the world. With the help of this scholarship, international students will be able to study without worrying about any financial hurdles. This scholarship will provide financial support to cover the tuition fees, monthly stipend, book and instructional materials and accommodation. Eligibility Criteria

• An applicant must be a permanent resident of an ADB borrowing member country and a Japanese ODA scholarship-eligible country.
• The candidate must not hold any dual citizenship of a developed country.
• Applicant has at least 2 years of full-time professional working experience 
• The age of the applicant should not be more than 35 years 
• The candidate must be in good health  
• An applicant was not enrolled in a graduate degree program

Age Limit

• The age limit to apply under this scholarship is less than 35 years 

Financial Aid

• The selected student will be provided with the full tuition fees, housing facilities, subsistence allowance, medical insurance, books, economic class air travel at the most direct route 
• Along with that miscellaneous expenses and  access luggage up to 20 kgs may be provided 
• Also the thesis/ research allowance will be covered under this scholarship

• The selection of the candidate is on a merit basis 
• The applicant with less than 2 years of work experience will be provided with this scholarship 
• The preference will be provided to the women 
• The preference will be provided to the applicants with less financial capacity

• The benefit of this program will not be provided to the student who are pursuing a second ma
