Eligibility Criteria

- The candidate should be admitted in the first year of his or her degree or diploma in an approved institution.
- Or second year of degree or diploma level course through lateral entry in any AICTE-approved institution.

Financial Benefits
Degree students are eligible to receive rupees 50,000 per year for a maximum of four years, while diploma students can receive rupees 30,000 per year for a maximum of three years.

Selection Process
The applicant will be selected through the below-given procedure:-
Degree Level
- The Selection of candidates will be carried out solely on the basis of the merit of the qualifying examination (12th Grade).
- Selection of candidates under lateral entry will be on the basis of the average consolidated percentage of marks in all 6 semesters of the Diploma.
- In case the number of allotted scholarships in any state is below 10 as per the calculation, a minimum 10 number of scholarships will be allocated in the state or UT.
Diploma Level Students
- The selection of candidates will be carried out solely on the basis of merit of the qualifying examination (12th Grade).
- Selection of candidates under lateral entry will be on the basis of the average consolidated percentage of marks in all 6 semesters of the Diploma.
- In case the number of allotted scholarships in any state is below 10 as per the calculation, a minimum 10 number of scholarships will be allocated in the state or UT.

AICTE Yashasvi Scholarship Apply Online 2025
To apply online you need to follow the below procedure step by step:-
- Step 1:- First you need to visit the AICTE Yashasvi Website to initiate the application process.
- Step 2:- Select the ‘Register’ button located on the dashboard’s right-hand side, then enter the necessary information. (Note: If you have already registered, use your registered email address to log in.)
- Step 3:- Select the ‘Apply now’ option after navigating to the ‘Get your OTP’ area.
- Step 4:- Next, find the ‘Register’ button on the dashboard’s right side.
- Step 5:- Carefully read the instructions, check the box, press the “Next” button, and register using a working phone number.
- Step 6:- Now, use an Aadhaar card or Enrollment ID (EID) for Aadhaar (if students do not have an Aadhaar card) to finish the eKYC process.
- Step 7:- After registering successfully, log in using your legitimate login information.
- Step 8:- Select the respective scholarship scheme, fill in the required details, upload the necessary documents, and submit.
